4 Years Old!

I can not believe our Bubba is 4 years old! He is such a good boy and a big helper!

Some Jacob facts:

* He still LOVES animals, his favorite is the zebra.

* His newest 'thing' is Spiderman...he got the black spiderman in a happy meal about a month ago and he is involved in everything Jacob plays. (He still likes diego though...what animal lover wouldn't?)

*He is scared of the dark now and does not hesitate to let you know. He will not go in his room-or any room for that matter if the light is not on.

*He weighs 36 pounds...He's slowing down there but still getting taller. I haven't taken him for his 4 year doctor appt yet but I'll let you know his official stats when we do.

*He LOVES his baby sister. Others will joke about how they are going to take her home with them and if you don't tell him your kidding pretty quickly he will get teary eyed because Haley is "his baby".

*He is still a little book worm. I take him to the library every few weeks so he can check out 6 new books. We read them over and over and then he 'reads' them over and over again.

*His best buddy is Cuyler. He's a little boy in his pre-school. They give Ms. Daena a run for her money but when one is out (for whatever reason) the other is a perfect angel.

*He helps his daddy any chance. He helps work on the truck, do yard work, pretty much anything daddy does. Last weekend he even got and extra dollar for his allowance because he was a HUGE help cleaning up the back yard. He has gotten to an age where his helping actually does help, not make the job take a little longer!

*He has graduated to the top bunk! He sure does love that bunk bed.

*He likes to sing. His favorite song right now is Rockin' Robin. It's on one of his kid CD's and he always wants to sing it when we get in the car.

*He is quite the little Texan...his twang gets thicker and thicker as the days pass.

I'm sure there are a lot more little quirks but that's all that comes to mind right now. Here are some pictures from his day:
